It's been almost a year and a half since we lost Dame Olivia Newton-John but
her legacy lives on in a musical called "Hopelessly Devoted: The Music of Olivia Newton-John". It's playing at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts from January 11 thru January 13th as part of their Cabaret Series. Today we talk with one of her close friends Sandy Segerstrom about their decades long friendship, Olivia's 60 year career, and how she inspired fans through her music and movies around the globe. Newton-John won 4 Grammys, had 15 Top 10 songs and five of those were #1's. If you'd like to find out more go to scfta.org.

Her enormous popularity carried over to the movies too, where she secured her legendary status by starring in such iconic roles as Sandy in Grease and Kira in Xanadu.
