Police arrested a man who was accused of repeatedly exposing himself and threatening others in Reseda.
Officers responded to a disturbance report in the 7700 block of Garden Grove Ave., according to NBC L.A. The man was then arrested.
Before the man’s arrest, neighbors say they called the police over 100 times. One man who watched the arrest happen said the suspect was yelling at a group of onlooking neighbors.
“It’s 12 to 16-hour rants, and they're almost demonic,” said one neighbor.
Neighbors said that he repeatedly exposed himself while standing in a window, shaking his private parts and screaming at passersby for hours.
“I’ve even stopped walking the dogs over here; my mom is afraid to come over,” another neighbor said.
They also accused the man of setting fires inside the house for light and warmth. They’ve also said they’ve seen drug activity at the home.
