Police pulled over Kendall Floyd's car near Humboldt and Debevoise streets around 4:10 p.m. Wednesday for a seatbelt violation.

He then allegedly opened his car door, hitting an officer and bolted from his car.

Cops said officers managed to catch up to Floyd in the vicinity of Broadway and Thornton streets. That's when he mounted a stanchion pole onto the elevated subway tracks and jumped off onto a building roof, which was captured by a Twitter user.

User @nuffsaidNY, who recorded the stunning video, told 1010 WINS that the "cops were pursuing him" and Floyd climbed to the tracks to try and evade them.

In the clip, eyewitnesses can be overheard screaming, "Don't jump! Don't jump!"

Many are then seen stunned as Floyd remarkably leaps and reaches a nearby roof and as cops try to catch up to him.

The NYPD said the suspect injured his leg and was arrested soon after the stunt. He and the officer he hit with his car door were injured but are expected to be OK.

He is facing charges of assault, reckless endangerment, official misconduct, false personation, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and violating seatbelt laws.
