An Ohio mother was arrested for child endangerment after her toddler overdosed on marijuana, according to police.
Lynelle Kinnie, 30, was taken into custody Monday in relation to an incident three weeks ago, when paramedics had to treat Kinnie’s 1-year-old child for ingestion of marijuana, which Kinnie’s 8-year-old also smoked.

Police found a marijuana cigar on the table in Kinnie’s home. The 8-year-old told police that both they and the toddler had smoked the joint.
During the incident, which took place on August 21, police also found a 9mm handgun, along with ammunition, that was easily accessible to the children.
Kinnie was arrested by Liberty Police, then transferred to the Youngstown PD for arraignment.
