Residents of an Encino neighborhood say that pornographic content is being filmed inside a home owned by Creators Inc.
They told KNX News’ Karen Adams that content creators and celebrities using the house are spilling onto the street, with women scantily clothed and condoms being discarded outside.
“It's affecting the neighborhood behind it, the church and school,” a resident named Calhoun said. “The quality of life has been brought down by this big time.”
Another neighbor said that aside from the moral issue, this house is operating as a full-on business in a residential area.
“This is an unlawful commercial operation. This is obviously a very residential neighborhood, and for zoning, a commercial type of business of this scale does not apply or belong in this neighborhood,” he said.
The house has the company's initials etched in the front window, and vehicles are parked here with Creators Inc.
Residents are looking to the Los Angeles City Attorney to see whether any zoning laws are being violated.
Andy Bachman, CEO of Creators Inc., confirmed to NBC 4 that while content is being filmed in the home, he denied that it was adult content. He also said the home is his.
“We've got some neighbors who, I think, find possibly the OnlyFans space misunderstood, and it's just a little bit prejudicial,” he told the outlet.
KNX News has reached out to Creators Inc. for comment. We are waiting to hear back.
