Sigourney Weaver’s hands and feet are now a permanent part of Hollywood’s TCL Chinese Theatre.
The actress, known for her roles in “Aliens,” “Avatar, “Ghostbusters,” and “Working Girl,” was honored during the ceremony on Friday, where she put her hands and bare feet in cement here outside the Chinese Theater.
“You know, if you're going to end up on your knees on Hollywood Boulevard, this is by far the best scenario,” she said.
Among those in attendance for the big ceremony was her “Mandalorian and Grogu” co-star Pedro Pascal and director James Cameron.
Pascal called Weaver the "original space mom" while Cameron said she "created the ultimate icon of female badassery in cinema.
“The question is - what is so relevant about that performance these days? Well, you were the intelligent woman that the men didn't listen to, and they all got wiped out,” he said. “And let that be a lesson to us all.”
Weaver’s next movie, “The Mandalorian and Grogu,” hits theaters May 22nd.
