Amazon gets to pick the next James Bond
Keanu Reeves is more than ready to step back into the role of John Constantine. Keanu recently reunited with "Constantine" director Francis Lawrence and admitted, "I'm aching to play this guy."
Amazon acquired the rights the "James Bond" franchise in 2021, and not they're trying to decide how to move forward with it. There hasn't been a new James Bond since "No Time To Die" with Daniel Craig, and now Amazon is looking for ideas. Most recently, Aaron Taylor-Johnson's name was floated around, along with Idris Elba's. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos took to social media to ask who should play the next Bond. Suggestions included James McAvoy, Tom Hardy, Tom Cruise, but most people seemed to think Henry Cavill was the obvious choice.
On "The Kelly Clarkson Show," Julia Stiles revealed her iconic and emotional scene from "10 Things I Hate About You" where she reads her poem in front of the class was a natural reaction from her. The moment is one of the most memorable scenes from the movie, also starring the late Heath Ledger. "10 Things I Hate About You" turns 25 March 31st.
The Mayor of Porreres, Spain, is "heartbroken" that the town cannot afford to sue Meghan Markle over the "nearly identical" logo of her rebranded lifestyle company, As Ever. The mayor claims the emblem, featuring a palm tree and two swallows, has represented Porreres since 1370 and feels that Meghan should change the design as residents of Porreres are apparently "upset" it is being used to "sell products like jam around the world." A New York based company, also named As Ever, is worried as well how Meghan's new branding will impact their clothing business.
"Days of Our Lives" is bringing back a super couple - Jennifer and Jack Deveraux - as part of their 60th anniversary celebration this year. Matthew Ashford and Melissa Reeves will be on set as their characters reunite with their on-screen son, JJ. Jennifer and Jack have popped in and out of the show over the years and will reappear in June and continue to recur throughout the year.
