Local Business Can Save Our Community:

During these challenging times, aren’t our local businesses worth saving?

According to the Small Business Administration, small businesses generate new jobs, employing more than half of the working class in the United States. Small business stimulates economic growth by providing employment opportunities to those who may be unemployable at larger corporations, usually due to geographic location.

When we patronize local small business, we are essentially giving money back to, and keeping money within our own community.  Thriving local businesses pay higher taxes, including property taxes, which are then used for local police & fire departments as well as schools.

Small business can save our communities and are worth supporting, especially now while facing challenging times during the pandemic.

Small business is important to our local economy and social fabric of our community.  We all play a part in its survival.  If you have the means, please consider spending your money locally. Our collective actions could very well save jobs and help ensure our local businesses remain in the community once the crisis is over.   Think of it as a grassroots stimulus package.
