Steve Kerr joined Damon, Ratto & Kolsky for his exit interview and addressed all sorts of topics, including the oft-discussed offensive shortcoming of one Draymond Green.
Rather than pointing out a specific point total that he’s looking for from Green, Kerr provided a more, well descriptive answer.
“The best version of Draymond, you guys know this, is when somebody leaves him wide open, he makes a 3, he races over in front of the opponents’ bench and screams at the other coach, and he screams, ‘You better guard me.’ And then he might add an expletive or two,” Kerr said.
“That’s the Draymond who we love. That’s the one who is most effective because it just fuels the entire team when he plays with that kind of emotion and aggressiveness.”
