You can find it just north of Doughtery Ferry Road, next to the northbound lanes. This is the fourth time she's decorated a tree perched high up the cliff for drivers to see.

"I hope it makes you smile," Hunt-Buckly said. "MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!"

There are actual lights on the tree for the first time this year. They are battery-operated and says they should stay lit every night between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.

And this tree isn't the same one she decorated in 2020, that one was chopped down, so she picked a new one nearby. She also had to pick a new tree the year before that because it had also been chopped down.

“I hope whoever cuts them down is at least dressed as the Grinch to keep up the Christmas spirit,” Hunt-Buckley told Fox 2.

It's been a fun tradition for her and her sister, who started it in 2018. She says that first year a mystery Santa even added some other decorations.

“It was just a funny thing that we did, and everybody loved it. Well, we’ll keep doing it,” Hunt-Buckley says.
