Just about everyone knows the power of visualization. "Seeing" yourself succeed helps you believe that it can – and will – happen. 19-year-old Rocky Hill business owner, Sarah Bezdelvos, knows a thing or two about "seeing is believing" as she's the new owner of the Rocky Hill Ferry Grill & Chill. "It was very impulsive...it was a big risk...and honestly it came down to, I would have been more upset with myself if I didn't try."

Sarah does a lot of her thinking while working out and the decision to buy the Ferry Grill & Chill was one she firmed up while exercising, "when I go on runs it's my time to de-stress...I could really picture myself [owning] it...I mean if I can see it, and I have the right people around me, why not??!"

Sarah hired 20-year-old Sam Wilder of West Hartford as her head chef. Wilder is a graduate of the famed culinary program at Johnson and Wales in Rhode Island. Could the 'Christine & Salt Rise-n-Grinder' be on the menu soon? The Grill & Chill is open seven days a week from 11am to 8pm, dog friendly, BYOB. Check out the full interview with Sarah below — it's a lesson on never giving up, believing in yourself and keeping positive people in your inner circle.
