
Radcliffe was positively moved reading his former co-star’s memoir.
The “Weird” actor and Rickman starred in the “Harry Potter” films together. Rickman, who passed in 2016 from pancreatic cancer recently released “Madly, Deeply: The Diaries of Alan Rickman.”

Rickman’s book touched on many facets of his career, including his work in the “Harry Potter” film series. He portrayed the character Severus Snape.
Appearing on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” Radcliffe discussed Rickman’s book, calling it “very lovely and nostalgic.”
Adopting his best Rickman impression, Radcliffe recited some of the lines concerning him and his costars, saying “These kids need to learn their lines. ‘There’s kind of a nightmare right now.’”
“It was very sweet to read all that,” he laughingly recalled his time spent with the late actor.
According to TODAY, Potter said Rickman stayed in touch with him after the “Harry Potter” movies finished and attended his stage performances in London and New York City.
Radcliffe most recently appeared in a movie about Weird Al Yankovic titled “Weird,” currently available on The Roku Channel.
