Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - An arrest has been made in connection with a fatal shooting last month that occurred outside Waterbury Superior Court.
Police are charging Dante Howell, 29, of Meriden.
They say Howell opened fire on Waterbury resident Jarron Chapman, 26, on March 21.
Chapman was rushed to an area hospital where he later died.
Howell, police say, fled the scene.
He was arrested Wednesday in Middlefield.
Howell is charged with murder, conspiracy, several firearms violations and reckless endangerment, among others.
Bond was set at $5 million.
