Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - Hartford police have made an arrest in a homicide from last year.
Kaylon Williams, 18, is charged with murder.
Detectives say on September 13th of last year they received calls reporting a shooting near 1072 Capitol Avenue.
They found Yakpoaro Kollie, 56, lying in the roadway, dead at the scene.
A nearly year long investigation led police to Williams.
He's currently behind bars on unreleated charges.
Williams faces a litany of charges in the Kollie killing in addition to murder.
They include multiple conspiracy counts, along with robbery and larceny.
His bond was set at $2 million.
