NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Avelo Airlines is adding destinations from Tweed-New Haven Airport.
Starting in May, the low-cost carrier will launch service to Myrtle Beach and Charleston in South Carolina, Nashville, Tennessee and Savannah, Georgia, the airline announced Wednesday.
Avelo began service from Tweed in November with flights to various destinations in Florida. New Haven is the airline's east coast base. It also has a base at Hollywood Burbank Airport in Los Angeles.
