Willington, Conn./WTIC Radio - A Bethel man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash last year in Willington.
Louis Marcantonio, 22, was arrested Wednesday.
State police say he was traveling over 80 mph in a 45 mph zone last April 27 along Route 32.
A passenger in his car, Maria Cardoso da Mata, was not wearing a seatbelt when she was thrown from the vehicle's passenger seat and was killed.
Marcantonio faces charges of reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, manslaughter and reckless endangerment.
He's free on bond and due in Rockville Superior Court April 8.
