EAST WINDSOR, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection closes Scantic River State Park in East Windsor in connection with an investigation into a missing man.
DEEP EnCon Police responded this morning to assist East Windsor Police, the lead agency on this investigation, after saying a vehicle belonging to the missing man was located in the parking lot of Scantic River State Parl, east side of Melrose Road.
East Windsor Police reported a man named Julius Stocinis was last seen around 5:30 a.m. on Monday, leaving his residence in Enfield.
No other information has been released.
