South Windsor, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - South Windsor police continue to investigate a fatal crash from earlier this week.

They have released the name of the deceased victim.
Joseph Murphy, 64, was from Ellington.
According to police, they responded to a head-on crash involving three-vehicles Tuesday afternoon in the area of Sullivan Avenue and Schwier Road.
Police say one other person sustained serious injuries but is expected to recover.
Anyone who may have information or witnessed the crash is asked to contact South Windsor police.
