Ledyard, Conn./WTIC Radio - Two brothers are facing charges after Ledyard police say they brandished knives at one another during an altercation Monday evening.
Emergency dispatchers received a 911 call to a home on Long Cove Road in the town's Gales Ferry section right around 8:00 p.m.
Police arrived to find Christopher Dyer, 25, and Tyler Dyer, 20, in the midst of an argument that grew physical.
The brothers began throwing kitchen knives at one another, slashing and stabbing each other as well, say police.
Both were taken to Lawrence and Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The brothers are both facing a number of charges and being held on bond.
