West Haven, Conn./WTIC Radio - A man accused in the disappearance of a teenaged girl in West Haven was in court Friday.
Christopher Aniskovich, 22, is charged.
The son of Clinton state representative Christopher Aniskovich is accused of picking up the 15-year-old last weekend at her home.
A Silver Alert was issued for the teen, who was found days later.
Police say she told them she didn't want to return home.
They say it was not a kidnapping because she went willingly, but Aniskovich is still being charged because she's a minor.
Aniskovich faces charges of custodial interference and interfering with police.
