
Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - Waterbury police have arrested a suspect in a homicide from this summer.
Under arrest is David Rogers, 24, of Waterbury.
Police say on August 23, they conducted a welfare check on James Anthony Ciccarelli, 62, of Kendall Circle.
The death was ruled a homicide and considered suspicious, police said.
Rogers was identifed as a suspect and taken into custody on Friday.
He is charged with several counts, including murder, strangulation, and larceny.
Bond for Rogers was set at $1.5 million.
He is already behind bars on unrelated charges and will be in court to answer the murder charge October 10th.
