Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - A man accused in the shooting death of a Hartford store owner nearly 15 years ago has learned his fate.
Thirty-five-year-old Shawn Milner was convicted of felony murder and kidnapping in the December 1, 2010 incident.
Police said Milner abducted and shot Waqas "Victor" Rehman.
The owner of the tobacco shop was abducted on the sidewalk outside Barbour Street business.
He was found by police who were checking out a report of shots fired on nearby Nelson Street.
The case went cold until Milner was identified through DNA evidence.
He'll be sentenced on March 23.
