
Meriden, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Meriden have arrested a man in connection with a shooting incident from 2019.
On August 5th of that year, officers received the call of shots fired in the area of 120 Gravel Street.
Police say a vehicle with one person inside was hit by gunfire.
That person was not injured.
Investigators say they later arrested Trayquan Ford, 28.
Ford is already behind bars on other firearms related charges, police said.
He faces charges of criminal attempt at assault and criminal possession of a firearm.
Police say given that Ford is a convicted felon, he should not have been in possession of firearms.
Bond was set at $150,000.
