Watertown police arrested a mother whose two teenage children were shot and killed by her boyfriend, who then turned the gun on himself.

Danielle Jette is accused of failing to secure the weapon that Paul Ferguson used to kill Della Jette, 15, and Sterling Jette, 16, on December 3, 2019.

She's charged with criminally negligent storage of a firearm, risk of injury to a minor and criminal liability.

Danielle Jette has been released on a promise to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on March 16.
