Ansonia, Conn./WTIC Radio - Ansonia police say a man is facing charges he stole thousands of dollars from an elderly person.
Under arrest is Harry Danley, 55.
Investigtors say Danley was a conservator for an 85-year-old city resident, who reported the theft in March.
An investigation found that Danley had allegedly been writing checks to himself totaling over $20,0000 dating back five years, acording to police.
He faces larceny charges.
Danley was released on a $35,000 bond and is due back in court in Derby June 18th.
