Stamford, Conn./WTIC Radio - A Stamford police officer is facing charges following a domestic violence incident.
Under arrest is Officer Gregory Zach, a 20-year department veteran.
Police say Zach faces charges of strangulation, threatening, assault and disorderly conduct.
No additional information was released
Zach is currently on leave pending an administrative hearing, according to Police Chief Timothy Shaw.
