The continuing Air Quality Alert covering the region has led to more changes on the CIAC's state tournament schedule.
Boys and girls lacrosse semifinals set for Thursday were again postponed (as they had been Wednesday).
The games will played Friday, with a key venue change: they'll be held at the school holding the higher seed, rather than at a neutral site.
In a statement, the CIAC said, "Multiple neutral site host locations that were available today (Thurs.) were not available Friday due to other commitments."
State championship games in lacrosse will be played Sunday and Monday at Sacred Heart University.
Tennis championships are being held indoors. Baseball, softball and golf are continuing as scheduled.
