Decked out in a grey t-shirt and shorts, Gould shook his hips and maneuvered his body around the pole as “What They Want” by Russ played in the background.

The 22-year-old kept it very humble by captioning the clip in a self-deprecating manner.

“Tragic Mike,” he wrote in reference to “Magic Mike,” the 2012 Channing Tatum male exotic dancer film. “Might delete this immediately but had to share the results of my first pole dancing class. Always wanted to try it.”

After thanking his “supportive friends,” Gould continued to jokingly mock his moves.

“I am uncoordinated and inflexible as hell,” he added.  “My body is basically made of Lego bricks.”

Despite his own critiques, Gould got support from many of his famous friends.

“Glee” star Kevin McHale wrote, “This is goldddd.”

His “Modern Family” co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson jokingly added, “Make good tips?”

While one of his followers appeared to win the game by writing, “Yet another child actor lost to the pole.”

Gould responded to the funny comment by writing, “I wanna steal this caption so bad.”

The former child star has been sharing his transformation since ending his role of Luke Dunphy on the ABC series after 11 seasons.

Back in February, Gould set off thirst traps by showing his shirtless body metamorphosis after beginning a new workout regimen while in quarantine last year.

"I spent six months basically on vacation," Gould told People. "But I feel like now it's time to kind of make a decision on where I want to go with my career, and one of the ways you can do that is by changing my look and my mindset."

In the accompanying photo spread, he flaunted his ripped arms, chest and abs while detailing how the intense regimen has also helped him manage the ongoing pandemic.
