The Madison County Health Department met today to discuss the positive case rate that is causing region 4 to revert to closures.
Businesses across the region are having to limit capacity or closed altogether. Now we find out, it's possible that some private labs aren't reporting any negative COVID-19 cases at all.
You'd think that this would affect the overall positivity rate. At this point, they're looking into this issue, but I'd sure like to know, are we counting all the negative tests as well as positive tests?
