Hans von Spakovksy from Heritage said election officials were defying state law by kicking Trump supporters out from watching poll counters count ballots.
Spakovsky said he doesn't know if the lawsuits presented by the Trump administration will impact the outcome. At what point do you go back in the timeline and pause and not count ballots?
He said that is exactly the problem. We are hearing the president say with certainty that there is election fraud. Many others are saying that is something the president is making up because he doesn't want to lose the election.
Hans said it is very tough to win this kind of litigation, even when you have evidence on your side.
