‘The Second Amendment is important to me now more than ever,’ says Parkland School shooting victim's father

Andrew Pollack, the father of Meadow Pollack who was a student killed in the Parkland shooting, said the Second Amendment is something he holds close to his heart.

Pollack said things need to be changed in the FBI before something like this happens again and the way to make a change is to bring it to the courtroom.

“Two different callers called the FBI and tipped them off that Nicholas Cruz would be a school shooter,” he said about the FBI not following up on tips given by citizens.

He gave the FBI credit, they admitted failure and are trying to fix the system. However, they are willing to fix it because of his persistence.

“Gun-free zones don’t work. They only work for criminals,” he said on schools being considered ‘gun-free zones’.
