Chief Economist Stephen Moore said if you are on the ledge because the stock market is a disaster get off the ledge

(KFTK) – “The most important thing right now is buy low and sell high,” Heritage's Chief Economist, Stephen Moore said of the market downturn.

Moore said you do not want to sell stock right now because of the potential good buying opportunities.

“I’m not panicked,” Moore said. “When we find a very effective vaccine the economy will snap right back.”
