(KFTK) – Zack Smith a legal fellow in the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at the Heritage Foundation, joined Randy to discuss the challenges facing President Trump's effort to prove fraud in the November election.
"Voter-fraud is very difficult to detect and its very difficult to prove in a court-of-law," says Smith. "Even if you are able to prove some type of irregularities or some type of fraud, judges are very hesistant to intervene in the election process and especially to intervene and overturn any results or anything like that. These really are uphill challenges the President is facing."
