Illinois' 2020 Census results have the state losing one Congressional seat

Wirepoints founder Mark Glennon said there are many problems with the outcome of the 2020 Illinois Census. The first being, the out-migration was substantial and affected the state greatly. The state lost one Congressional seat because of people leaving.
The data shows the exit has been across the board. Primarily, lower-income people from the city have been making their way out. Higher-income earners have left as well, which has taken lumps of the money from Illinois to other places.
