Heritage's Tom Jipping: 'Dems must really want to control the Supreme Court badly to go to this length'

Senior legal fellow at Heritage Tom Jipping said the question surrounding packing the courts is, should they do it?
It might be legal to do so, but is it something that should be done? Jipping said this tactic is used when the president is not getting what he wants, therefore, they want to pack the courts with people who lean their way politically so that they can get their way.
"Democrats tried every which way to try to keep Trump from appointing judges," he said. "Democrats want to win all the time and they are really trying to trick the American people."
Jipping went on to say that he hopes people get a sense of how dangerous it is to get rid of the filibuster and pack the courts.
These two things are meant to help with checks and balances in the branches. If these two things are eliminated, the party in power has total and complete control and will be allowed to pass anything without question.
