Fort Worth police are investigating after someone left the body of a newborn in the front yard of a home.
Police believe someone left the baby's body in the yard on Birchman Avenue sometime Monday night. That's near I-30 and Camp Bowie in the Arlington Heights neighborhood.
Police are hoping someone will come forward with information about the baby's mother or family, and want to make sure the mother doesn't need any medical help. They're also asking for witnesses to come forward, and are hoping people who live in the area will check their cameras to see if they have any useful video.
