Heritage's Senior Legal Fellow Hans von Spakovsky joined Marc Cox with quick reaction to a temporary stay from a Federal Court in Louisiana on the Covid-19 vaccine mandate for employers handed down by the Biden administration.
"I pulled up the order, you know, off the internet, I wanted to read it," says Spakovsky, "it's pretty short, there's almost nothing to the order. It basically just says we're staying the Biden order on this and there's no other explanation of why they're doing it or how they're doing it or anything else. But that stops the Biden vaccine mandate."
"Look, as this ultimately goes to trial and hearing and all that, the administration's gonna lose," says Spakovsky. "They simply don't have the power to do this. I think it's actually very black and white, I don't think it's really a gray area." (listen above)
