Collinsville, Illinois native Ethan Forhetz joins Marc for an update on the aftermath of hurricane Ida in Louisiana. Forhetz is in the region as part of Convoy of Hope, providing relief to the region.
"They need the basics. They need things like water, and food, and tarps for the roofs of their houses that have been partially blown off, and hygiene kits," says Forhetz. "Those sorts of things are what they need to survive."
Forhetz also explained why he left television news to work for the relief organization.
