Former police officer Brandon Tatum said politicians know that the George Floyd case was not about race, but race is what sells and leads the conversation.
Time and time again Brandon said that George Floyd isn't a landmark case and he questions why the media and politicians are using it as a stepping stone moving forward with reforming policing.
In all of these cases, we need to work on holding the civilians and the police officer accountable for their actions.
"It seems like media, in general, is all far-left," he said about his BBC interview. He said he was surprised they even allowed him to have a platform and say what he wanted. He was allowed to express his opinion and no one cut him off, so Brandon said he was grateful for the opportunity.
