Attorney Andy Schlafly joined Marc Cox this week with his reaction to latest Supreme Court decision to allow the new Texas law on abortions to stand.

"It was a preliminary decision," says Schlafly which followed after the law was brought to the court, "to try to get the court to block a good Texas law. This time the Supreme Court said, 'no, we're not gonna block the Texas law. We're not in the business of deciding whether a law should be blocked or not, that's not what the Supreme Court does."

Schlafly continued: "The Supreme Court enjoins individuals, they don't enjoin laws, particularly on a rush basis like that. That's all the Supreme Court held."

The three Supreme Court Justices that former Pres Donald Trump appointed to the high court were part of the 5-4 decision not to intervene in the Texas law, "it was the Trump nominees that made that happen," says Schlafly.

"He got three picks in just one term there, and that's one-third of the court," says Schlafly.
