Lawyer: Biden administration has registry of 50 million gun owners in US

Michael Hammond, the legislative counsel for Gun Owners of America, joined Marc Cox as his 2A Tuesday guest of the week.

Hammond says his group is following a case that originated in Philadelphia where a man from Rhode Island purchased 45 "make at home" gun kits, sometimes called "ghost guns." The ATF followed him from Philadelphia as he drove back to Providence, Rhode Island and stopped him as he traveled through New York City.

The guns are legal in Pennsylvania and Rhode Island, but not New York.

"That's where he's going to be tried, in Manhattan," says Hammond. "What do you think the outcome of that is gonna be?"

"The Biden administration has compiled a registry of gun-owners which may have over 50-million names on it," says Hammond. "In states like California and New York that have compiled gun registries of certain types of guns, normally the gun ban has followed soon after that. And lo and behold, guess what? They have a list of the names of the people who currently own those unlawful guns that have been newly made unlawful."
