Retired General Barry McCaffrey spoke with Zerlina Maxwell about President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration. Gen. McCaffrey rightly points out that the narrative of fearing National Guard troops is both ridiculous and insulting. However, he says he’d be “worried” about “gun-carrying Republican congressmen being near the president”.
