Gray TV's White House Correspondent John Decker tells Marc Cox, "don't take any time off in early December," as he thinks there will be a lot of news from Washington D.C. from the debt ceiling vote to a new Supreme Court case.
Decker tells Cox that he expects the administration to continue pushing the Joe Biden infrastructure plan through Congress throughout the fall.
"If you are in the Joe Biden White House, you want a victory. They don't have a win, and you've seen his approval-ratings decline month after month since mid summer," says Decker. Several events including withdrawal from Afghanistan, the stalling of his own agenda and Covid have led to, "declining poll-numbers. And that's the reason why I say, he needs a victory. He needs something to turn around."
