Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell returned to the Senate after the summer recess. McConnell's return follows a health scare in which the Senator froze at a press conference. This event has led many to question whether or not he is able to faithfully execute his duties as Senate Minority Leader. Chad Pergram, Senior Congressional Correspondent at Fox discussed what if any actions the Senate could take to remove McConnell should his health continue to be a concern.

Pegram explained that removal would require expulsion and the likelihood of it happening is very low. Pergram also explained the looming government shutdown and the tricky path Speaker McCarthy will have to take to both avoid the shutdown and offending members of the Freedom Caucus. Pergram's full interview can be heard in the embedded audio.
