Missouri State Senators are in a special session, called by the Governor, to renew the Federal Reimbursement Allowance (FRA).
Governor Parson warned a failure to renew the FRA would cost the state $591 million in the fiscal year 2022 and $788 million in the fiscal year 2023.
Senator Bob Onder (R – Dist. 2) is standing firm on his conviction that no FRA funds should be allocated to Planned Parenthood.
