Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration, accusing the federal government of colluding with Tech Giants to censor information surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic. The suit alleges the collusion is a violation of the First Amendment.
The federal government had a hard time convincing a judge last week that it hasn't been working with and coercing social media companies to censor free speech.

Bailey joins The Marc Cox Morning Show, calling the findings, "the worst First Amendment violation in this country's history".

Bailey believes it is time for a separation of 'tech and state' and indicates a dark irony: "Government censorship is counterproductive. We cease to trust the government when we think it's lying to us and stifling our ability to debate the issues."
