As the Missouri Primary continues to draw forward, The Marc Cox Morning Show is joined by St. Louis County Councilman Mark Harder to discuss candidates and propositions that will be on the upcoming ballot. County Councilman Harder explains Proposition A, which is a Whistle Blower Protection Act, Proposition V, which gives the County Council 30 days to decide on if they approve replacement positions in the city before they are automatically accepted, and Proposition M, which would create a council compensation commission of citizens from the city that would make recommendations on the city councils salary.
After receiving a few questions from callers, Marc spent a few minutes further explaining a few of the propositions and gives his personal opinion on each one.
