Joe Biden has announced that his pick to replace Stephen Breyer on the Supreme Court will be a woman of color. Biden's criteria for filling the vacancy has Tyrus rightfully upset. "I hate it," says Tyrus.
Tyrus says, "The whole point of the civil rights movement was to be judged on the content of your character, not the color of your skin."
The Fox News contributor argues that Biden didn't have to say he was going to nominate a woman of color. He could simply nominate her.
