Has the White House partnered with tech companies to silence Americans?

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey joins Mark Reardon to share on his suit in federal court to block the White House from working with tech companies to restrict what Americans can say on social media.

“It's a relationship of coercion and collusion between people all the way to the top levels of the White House with their woke counterparts in big tech social media corporations to silence American's voices in violation of the first amendment. I’m here to tell you, these are the worst constitutional first amendment violations in the history of the United States of America. I'm proud to be representing the people of the State of Missouri and fighting to protect our constitutional rights. And I'm also encouraged by the fact that Congress is interested enough in this issue to hold a hearing and, and want us to come testify and explain what's going on,” shared Attorney General Baliey.

Later, AG Bailey stated, “Last month, we went and asked for class certification for anyone that was censored on big tech social media platforms. That's tens of millions of Americans. We've asked for a nationwide injunction. We need to erect a wall of separation between tech and state to prevent the federal government. Joe Biden and his cronies from silencing American voices on big tech social media. It's a monopoly. It's a cartel that's run by the government and encouraged by the government and coerced by the government with threats of antitrust legislation, litigation, threats of repeal or amendment to section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which has been a huge economic boon to this small group of individuals that own these big tech social media corporations who are always excited to silence conservative voices even more.”
