The Trump Administration began the 100 Days Week with a morning press briefing highlighting the administration's successes on border security and immigration reform. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt welcomed Border Czar Tom Homan to speak specifically to the progress in limiting border crossings and deporting violent criminals.

As the press members made their way to the briefing room, they passed nearly 100 signs posted on the White House lawn exposing mug shots the "worst of the worst" offenders deported by the Trump administration. These signs lined the White House driveway and would be seen in every stand-up shot that all the networks would cover throughout the day.

Reporters pressed Homan on allegations of the deportation of citizen children in Louisiana over the weekend. Homan highlighted that the mother had illegal status in the country and was being deported back to her home country. Homan emphasized the mother's request that the child remain with her, something the administration was quick to do. He also noted that if they had not permitted the citizen child to leave with the mother, they'd be accused of separating families.

Annie talked about her experience of participating in the press briefing at the White House Monday on The Annie Frey Show. Listen to a bit of that experience in the video below.

Upon returning to the White House, Annie followed the press pool to the White House South Lawn for the celebration of the 2025 Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles. The way the South Lawn crests, the press was set up behind the event guests, and it rests slightly down hill. The guests remained on their feet the entire time, so the members of the press that didn't make it on the risers with the cameras had to use their imagination. President Trump was in typical form, and the crowd approved. While the view from the press pool wasn't front and center, it sure is hard to argue with its beauty.
